BDN Studios ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Puzzle Dynasty.

Information We Collect

Puzzle Dynasty is designed as a single-player game. The app does not require you to create an account, sign in, provide your name, email address, phone number, contacts, location, photos, or other personal profile information.

The app stores gameplay information locally on your device so your dynasty can continue between sessions. This may include your team identity, game progress, settings, tutorial preferences, dynasty history, recruits, rankings, facilities, achievements, and other gameplay state.

In-App Purchases

Puzzle Dynasty may offer optional in-app purchases, such as Event Preparation purchases. Purchases are processed by the applicable app store and RevenueCat, our purchase-management provider.

When you make or restore a purchase, RevenueCat and the app store may process information needed to complete and validate the transaction, such as an anonymous app user ID, device or platform information, purchase history, receipts, and Google Play or Apple purchase tokens. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

How We Use Information

We use locally stored gameplay information to:

• Save and restore your game progress.
• Remember game settings and tutorial preferences.
• Support gameplay features such as dynasty history, team identity, facilities, recruiting, seasons, and event preparation.
• Enable optional purchase functionality.

We use purchase-related information only to process, validate, and restore in-app purchases.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not share personal gameplay save data with advertisers or analytics providers. Purchase-related information may be processed by RevenueCat and the applicable app store only as needed for purchase functionality.

Cookies and Tracking

Puzzle Dynasty does not currently use advertising cookies, third-party ad networks, or analytics tracking SDKs in the app.

If you visit a website hosted by BDN Studios, standard web hosting logs may collect information such as IP address, browser type, referring pages, and date/time of access, as described in our website privacy practices.

Data Storage and Retention

Gameplay progress and preferences are stored on your device. You can remove this data by using any in-app reset option where available, clearing the app's storage, or uninstalling the app.

Depending on your device settings, local app data may also be included in operating-system or device backups controlled by Apple, Google, or your device provider.

Purchase records may be retained by RevenueCat and the applicable app store according to their own policies and legal requirements.

Children's Privacy

Puzzle Dynasty does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can address the issue.

Your Choices

You may:

• Continue using the app without making optional purchases.
• Reset or delete local gameplay data through app/device controls.
• Disable device backups through your operating-system settings, where supported.
• Contact the applicable app store for purchase, refund, or billing questions.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted with an updated "Last updated" date.
